RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return your order, please e-mail our customer service team at care@happysheep.it giving the following details:

  • Order email
  • Order number
  • The item code of the garment to be returned or exchanged

You will then receive an email with shipping lable and shipping instructions.

Italy Return shipping cost: FREE  
Europe Return shipping cost: €8 
US & Rest of World Delivery: €15

Please ensure that the products are in new, unworn conditions with their original tags and packaging. Prepare the parcel properly sealed before withdrawal, attaching the return label provided on your returns note.

  • Se desiderate sostituire il prodotto o essere rimborsati

Vi risponderemo con un'etichetta spedizione da stampare ed applicare al collo.

Assicuratevi che i prodotti non siano stati utilizzati, indossati e lavati e che siano nelle stesse condizioni in cui li avete ricevuti, con cartellino identificativo e confezione originale. Preparate il pacco debitamente sigillato prima del ritiro, attaccando l’etichetta di reso che vi sarà fornita.
